This Statement of Shipping and Replacement applies to www.schoolplies.com, and Schoolplies, LLC and governs all shipping and replacement/refund practices. For the purposes of this Shipping and Returns Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Schoolplies, LLC include www.schoolplies.com and Schoolplies. The Schoolplies website is a school supply retail site. By using the Schoolplies website, you consent to these practices described in this statement.

Replacement and Refund Policy

Schoolplies does not accept returns; however, does replace damaged goods.

If an item arrives damaged or broken, please follow these instructions:

  • Contact Customer Service for a replacement or refund by utilizing the form available on the site: www.schoolplies.com/replacements-and-refunds/.
  • Include your information, order number, and a photo of the damaged items.
  • Replacements/Refunds are allowed for up to 14 days after product arrival. You will receive an email notification when your replacement has shipped or your refund has been processed.

    Replacements/Refunds are only valid for items that were damaged upon arrival. You may be charged additional shipping for replacements. Schoolplies in not liable for any item that is damaged caused by the purchaser or user.

    Cancellation Policy

    A customer is allowed to cancel their purchase for up to 10 days after the time of purchase for any reason. To cancel an order contact Customer Service.

    You may not cancel an order that has already been shipped. Consequently, please do not refuse an order that arrives at your home. Instead, consider donating your kit to a student in need and then share your story with us; we can then refund your purchase. At Schoolplies, we are Education Advocates striving to financially give back to our schools and provide accessible educational resources. We hope that you’ll adopt this philosophy and do the same in your community.

    Shipping

    Our country is experiencing a time unlike we have ever known; order processing and shipment may be inevitably delayed or take longer than usual. Schoolplies thanks you for your patience as we all continue to endure the burdens of a pandemic shutdown. If you have any major concerns, please email us at igiveahoot@schoolplies.com.

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

    Delivery

    Schoolplies oversees all aspects of operations and shipping in Houma, Louisiana. Schoolplies delivers products within the continental United States to the address provided at the time you place your order. Tracking numbers will be provided to ensure that orders are delivered to the address specified by you by the estimated delivery date. Schoolplies shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or charges incurred by you because of the late delivery of the products.

    Schoolplies utilizes primarily the United States Postal Service to deliver orders. When your order is ready to be mailed, USPS will deliver your order within 7-10 business days. Delivery methods are subject to change at the discretion of Schoolplies.
